Parents and Friends

Copperfield College Parent and Friends Association was established in 2009 with the intent to allow parents of our students the opportunity to support the College in various capacities and activities and allow the opportunity  to offer feedback on College policies, processes and procedures.   Membership is open to all Copperfield parents, guardians and friends and all are warmly encouraged to be part of the association.  Meetings take place twice a term, are informal and rotated across all three campuses.

Over the last two years the Parent and Friends association has had input into a range of policies and College areas.  Two of our parents on the association attend School council as parent representatives and also attend curriculum to report back to the Parent and Friends group.  Many important policies are tabled at meetings for consideration of feedback.

It is the intention of the current Parents and Friends group to not only inform the parent community of our areas of interest and activities, but also to encourage and invite all parents to become involved with areas of Copperfield College.

As well as being very engaged in their children’s education, the Parents and Friends group possess a wealth of skills, knowledge, resources and interests.
