Copperfield College has the resources and facilities of a large school, but with three distinctive campuses that provide the pastoral care and support typical of a smaller school.

There are two junior campuses, one located at Kings Park and the other at Sydenham. Both these campuses provide students with a learning environment and the knowledge and skills for their entry to the Senior Campus at Delahey.

· Strong constructive personal relationships, producing a sense of belonging, self-confidence and worth

· The motivation and skills required for life long learning

· A climate of stability, security, hard work and achievement

· Openness to ideas and research which will improve the effectiveness of our teaching practice and the quality of our school environment

All members of the College will assume collective responsibility for its quality and its outcomes. We will make agreements and keep them. We will be open to suggestions for improvements to those agreements.
